Return and Refund Policy:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

Returns

You may request the item within 2 business days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary return instructions. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Perishable Goods and Custom Products:

We cannot accept returns for perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, as well as custom products that are made to order or personalized items. These items are exempt from our refund policy due to their nature and the inability to resell them.

Personal Care Goods and Hazardous Materials:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on personal care goods such as beauty products, as well as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. These items cannot be returned due to their sensitive nature and potential risks associated with their handling and transportation.

Sale Items and Gift Cards:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale items are sold in "as-is" condition, and all sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Color Variation:

Please note that colors may appear slightly different on various devices or screens. While we strive to provide accurate product images, we cannot accept returns based solely on minor variations in color. The actual product will always look better than the images displayed on a computer or mobile screen.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. If the return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.

  • Within 48 hours of receiving your online order, returns are welcome.
  • There are no exceptions to the requirement that all returns be in brand-new, unused condition and with all NexusFashionzs labels attached. Due to this, if you mark a product while styling it or trying it on, it can no longer be sold and cannot be returned. Products that are returned but dirty, broken, or worn will be sent back without a refund.

Please adhere to the instructions listed below for returns:

  • Pack your returned item with care (s). You must use the original packaging. However, we advise recycling what you already have.
  • Our staff will send you a confirmation email once your return has been received. 
  • The processing of your refund will thereafter take 5-7 business days.
  • Only the original payment method that you used can be utilized to process REFUNDS.

Cancellation

Any order for a product that is not in stock or ready to ship may be canceled within 48 hours of the purchase being placed. We will then start the complete refund process and send you an email to confirm it. Purchases that are Ready To Ship cannot be canceled; however, they are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
